Investigating the social determinants of youth suicide and self-harm in England

inSITE aims to understand and explore social determinants that influence self-harm and suicidal thoughts and behaviours among young people in England through a mixed-methods approach. It is a three-part Ph.D. project undertaken by Adam Chen, supervised by Dr Maria Michail, Dr Nicola Wright and Dr Isabel Morales-Muñoz.

inSITE is a research project and does not provide crisis or mental health support services. If you are in crisis and need immediate support, we encourage you to reach out to a helpline service.
